By accessing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt its operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
2. Services
Computer repair, web design, courses, and custom development are each scoped individually. A written estimate or agreement defines the work, price, and timeline for any paid engagement.
3. Payments
Course purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Refund eligibility is described at the point of purchase and in the relevant agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property on full payment. Site content, branding, and original components remain the property of Shadowglass Software.
5. Liability
Services are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
